Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy! Simply get in touch via our contact page or give me a call. We’ll have a free, no-obligation chat about your business, what you need help with, and I’ll review your current setup before recommending the best approach for you.

How much do your services cost?

Because every business is different, our pricing is tailored to suit your specific needs. You can view our example packages on the pricing page to get an idea of where your monthly investment may sit. After reviewing your books, I’ll provide you with a personalised quote.

What’s included in your monthly bookkeeping services?

Our services can include transaction processing, bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll assistance, and regular financial reporting. We tailor everything to suit your business, so you’re only paying for what you actually need.

Do you offer catch-up or one-off bookkeeping?

Absolutely — and you’re definitely not alone. Many clients come to us feeling behind, and we love helping take that stress off your plate. Catch-up work is quoted individually after reviewing your file so we can give you an accurate price.

What software do you use?

We work with leading cloud-based accounting software such as Xero and MYOB. If you’re not currently set up, we can help you choose and implement the right system for your business.

Will I still have access to my financial data?

Yes, always. You’ll have full access to your financial information at any time. Transparency is really important to us, and we want you to feel confident and in control of your numbers.

How often will my books be updated?

This depends on your business needs, but most clients are maintained weekly or monthly. We’ll work with you to determine the right schedule to keep everything accurate and up to date.

I’m behind on my bookkeeping — can you help?

Absolutely. There’s no judgement here at all. We understand that running a business is busy, and things can fall behind. Our goal is to help you get back on track quickly and take that pressure off you.

Can you fix errors from my previous bookkeeper or if I’ve done it myself?

Yes, we can. Whether it’s cleaning up mistakes or reviewing your current setup, we’ll make sure your records are accurate and reliable moving forward.

Can you liaise with my accountant or the ATO?

Yes — we can work directly with your accountant and assist with ATO communication where required, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Will my work be sent offshore?

No — all work is handled locally. This means your books are looked after by someone who understands Australian laws and requirements, while you still receive the personalised service you deserve.

Who will I be dealing with?

When you work with CRG Bookkeeping Services, you’ll be dealing directly with me, Corrie. I keep a small client base so you’ll never feel like just a number, and you’ll always receive prompt, personalised support.

How do you communicate with clients?

We keep things simple and easy to understand — no confusing jargon. Whether it’s via email, phone, or video call, we’ll communicate in a way that suits you best.
